Brief Answer:
Yes, it is safe to take Tamsulosin with these other meds/vitamins.

Detailed Answer:
I ran a search combining:
Tamsulosin
Amlodipine
Atorvastatin
Chlorthalidone
Losartan
Vitamin D3

None of these medications or vitamin are contraindicated with Tamsulosin.

However, a couple of notes came up regarding Chlorthalidone and your other meds. These are not absolute contraindications but rather notes of caution. Here is what was said about the chlorthalidone:

1. Regarding taking chlorthalidone with losartan:
"Losartan increases and chlorthalidone decreases potassium. Effect of interaction of these two medications is not clear, so use caution as there is a potential for interaction."

2. Regarding chlorthalidone with vitamin D:
"Chlorthalidone increases the effects of vitamin D. This combination may increase the calcium elevating (hypercalcemic) effect of vitamin D. Use with caution."

So how to interpret these two notes:
1. As long as your doctor monitors your potassium levels, it should be ok to take chlorthalidone with losartan.

2. As long as your Vitamin D3 level is not too high, it should be ok to take chlorthalidone with Vitamin D3.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you need further information or clarification.
