Can Testosterone And Lupus-like Inhibitor Induce Blood Clots?
Question: I tested positive for lupus like inhibitor, I need to start testosterone replacement therapy but that has a possible side effect of causing blood clots what do I need to do to start the testosterone replacement therapy with the positive lupus like inhibitor and be completely safe

Lupus like inhibitor and testosterone are both pro-coagulant condition. So risk of clot is high. First, please make sure that testosterone replacement is absolutely necessary. If it can be substituted by something else, then that is the best.
However, if it is absolutely essential, then I would consider preventive anti-coagulation by warfarin or similar medicines for the entire duration of testosterone therapy and a few months thereafter.

Attached are my labs i do need testosterone therapy of some kind what substitution can i take that would boost my testosterone and what do i do about a positive lupus like inhibitor whats the treatment for that

The lupus like inhibitor can be observed as there is no thrombosis (clot) but if you do take testosterone, you may need anticoagulation by warfarin to prevent clot.
