You are wondering if you can take Nucynta ER and tramadol at the same time. Both of these medications are opiate based medications and taken together can cause increased risk of sedation and respiratory depression. Since they are both used for pain control I would recommend taking one or the other but not both as they just increase your risk of side effects.
