Brief Answer:
You can take both medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read your query in detail.
Sorry to hear about your pain and discomfort.

You may take tramadol and Aleve (naproxen) together. They do not cause any interactions. Please take it in prescribed doses.

These pain killers may cause drowsiness so please do not do any activity which requires you to be alert like driving, swimming and cooking.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
