Brief Answer:
You can use Tremadone safely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your query and understand your concerns.
Tremadone is a natural herbal supplement used to treat or counter tremors.
You are right about components, it contains vitamins B2 and B12, folic acid, skullcap root, valerian root, GABA and Passion flower.
All these ingredients are not related to beta blockers, and there are no significant interactions with other drugs you are taking already ( Spiriva, Bistolic, Crestor and Aspirin ).
So, in my opinion, you could use Tremadone safely with no serious effects on worsening COPD.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
