Question: I drank 1 glass of wine with dinner and I forgot about it before I went to bed and took a Tylenol Pm. Should I be worried

Hello,

If it was a few hours between that drink and the Tylenol PM, it should be ok. Also, just doing this one time should not cause lasting liver problems.

Even if you took the acetaminophen right after the drink, while it would not be the best thing, it would not be a large trauma ("insult") to the liver.

I am stating this assuming you do not have a history of cirrhosis or other liver disease.
