Question: Hi, Can i take valsartan and metropolol together if my BP stays over 160 whole day? I need an answer asap

You may take, but you are taking metoprolol with valsartan, just check your pulse rate. Have metoprolol if it's above 70 per minute.

my pulse is 60. Probably i should take just half of the dose of metropolol which i was prescribed before? i took in the morning 320 mg of valsartan.

Avoid it because pulse rate may go further down. Better have tab Amlodipine 5 mg now and once a day. And no need to panic and just monitor your bp.
