Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Normal erectile function depends on : (1) normal blood supply to the genitalia
(2)normal nerve supply (3)normal levels of certain hormones (4)absence of any psychological or relationship issues

The fact that you use high blood pressure medication may means that there is a blood supply issue. High blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, smoking can all affect the blood supply.

There are also some high blood pressure medications that could affect erectile function.

Cialis and viagra work by improving blood supply to the area by causing the blood vessels to relax.
If you were not at XXXXXXX for these meds then using one of them at XXXXXXX may help unless your doctor thinks otherwise.

If the dose of viagra you used was not effective and it is not at the highest dose for you, then it is possible that an increase may help. The maximum dose is 100mg.

Cialis has a maximum dose of 20mg, so if you were not at maximum then using a higher dose of may help.

If neither are effective then the other option is levitra.

You can also review any medications that you are using to see if they are contributing to the problem.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
