3. since maximum of the ingredients present in Ayurveda formulations are aphrodisiac and highly potent and quickly act on the body so do not use for longer duration otherwise will cause reversal effect, i.e. sexual displeasure/dissatisfaction.

4. It will be wise to have a regular follow up with your doctor (every month) so that the dose of the medicine can be tapered gradually.

. serum IgG & anti - HBC for ongoing chronicity and
. HBeAg & serum HBV DNA for viral replication.

MANAGEMENT

. Bed Rest
. low fat/high carbohydrates diet with plenty of fluids.
. avoid alcohol, sharing personal items.
. regular checkup with LFT's

2. Shilajeet is a natural viagra and increases sexual power,stamina,time period of sex and semen count and once a week will be a good choice (since you are using it for general health status)

PS. Shilajeet has been reported to cause drop in blood pressure ( in heart patient ) & decrease in blood sugar (in diabetics) so check regularly with the parameters.

3. use of stay on spray/massage oil has following side effect :

. loss of erection: since with time and use of the product the erection will become an example of conditioned reflex,i.e. erection will occur only with use of the product, thus there will be loss of erection.

. One will become physically and psychologically dependent on it.

PS. best is to read Kama XXXXXXX and to use a condom with less long term side effects and practice perineal exercise to maintain erection.
