Can Xanax Be Taken After Alcohol Consumption?

Question: I had one drink at a convention I am at. I have to get up really early so I took a xanax on hour after the drink. Then after I took the pill, I remember that is is dangerous to combine the two. But with just one drink and .25 of xanex, will I be okay?
