Question: I have a sleeve surgery on 17 oct. and i'm having anxitey and i can't sleep, is it ok to take xanax a doctor wrote for me? Won't it effecf the surgerery?

In fact xanax also leads to amnesia which again helps the person during postoperative period.

In my view the dose of 0.5 mg should be sufficient to make you sleep on this occasion.
