Question: Can I take zofran for nausea if I am currently on lexapro and occasionally klonopin

there is an interaction between lexapro and zofran. combining the medications may increase the risk of having cardiac arrhythmias. I would suggest an over the counter antihistaminic for nausea in the meantime. If you have had an EKG (electrocardiogram) to make sure your heart is ok you could potentially take cautiously small doses of zofran.
