take hydroxine 1-2 hrs earlier to present time
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to health care magic. I have read your query and can see that your problem is sleepiness related to the meds you take at night.
I will try to suggest few possible changes to help you, please see what all you can adopt according to your feasibility-
1. Hydroxine pamoate is antihistaminic - means that they have an internal property of sedation in them (along with other effects). So, this is the one which makes you sleep so much.
You can take this 1-2 hours earlier than your present evening time of taking meds inorder to reduce the morning sleep time. Or
you can also reduce its dosage after consulting the treating team there.
2. Zoloft usually dosent give any sleep. It is generally advised to be taken in morning after breakfast. You can take it in morning if that suits you.
3. Synthyroid can be continued as such.
4. Taking enough water and salad in daytime helps in eliminating drugs from the body. So, this also reduces the extra sleep effect of medicines.
Hope this helps you.
please ask more questions for clarification.
