Hello thanks for asking from HCM
ADD or ADHD is a common childhood psychiatric disorders. The diagnosis is made by taking detailed history of symptoms and evaluation based upon ICD 10 or DSM 5 criteria. Blood tests could be done to find out associated medical issues but are not needed in making diagnosis. Similar is true for making diagnosis of OCD or ODD or depressive disorder of childhood.
If she is frightened then you can talk with her doctor to not to do blood tests if not strongly needed.
Thanks and Take care
