Hello again and thanks for response. Here pathology report (not seen or found) appears to indicate bleeding was caused by sub involution of uterus and NOT retained products of reproduction, placenta etc. However operative report during D & C indicated RPOR visually observed. Is there a contradiction? Thanks for your continued brilliance Have great day

Brief Answer:
visual observation more reliable.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow-up.

Dear,
There is probably a contradiction in both observations.

In my opinion, the operative report during D & C which indicated RPOR after visually observation, is more reliable over pathology reports.

So, the cause of bleeding would most probably be due to RPOR.

Thanks.

Wish you good health.
