Detailed Answer:
Girl can become pregnant about 14 days before her first period since this is the time of ovulation. But first periods are usually irregular and it is hard to say which one was really first.Also,in the beginning, menstrual bleeding can be minor so girls dont even notice their first period.
But practically yes, if there is no period then there is no ovulation which means that girl cant get pregnant.
Although, there is always possibility that first cycle can be coincident with sexual intercourse.in this case girl can be pregnant and first menstrual bleeding may be missed of course since pregnancy happened. This is rare but possible. Feel free to ask.

Yes of course. If there is no ovulation, pregnancy is not possible. Pregnancy is possible only if her ever first period started just now when she had intercourse, but this is not very likely

14 day before. so this is a reason why there is some minor possibility that there could be ovulation. However,first few ovulations are irregular and female egg is not developed completely so fertilization rarely occurs. Pregnancy test can always be done,but the chance that first ovulation happened right now when you are worried about pregnancy is really minor...but as I said, such coincidence is possible.

Yes. if she didnt have period till now it means that she doesnt have ovulation yet and pregnancy practically cant happen. In theory there could be some very rare circumstances where ovulation may happen without period but this is negligible rarity.

This is not clear yet,but the truth is somewhere in the middle. The only way how stress can be related to cancer is by weakening immune system. So the cancer is caused by genetics and environmental factors(smoking,alcohol etc.).
When cancer already develops, then stress may cause weakened immune system and cancer may progress more rapidly than in people with stronger immune system.
So stress wont cause cancer by itself but it can effect on cancers' (and many other diseases) course and progression and in every case it is good to avoid stress not just because of this but also it is related to many other disease especially gastritis, heart disease, bowel disorders, migraines and neurologic disorders.
