Hello,

You are experiencing cramping , breast tenderness and having light brown bleeding. You have not mentioned anything about your sexual life. If you have an active sexual life, had unprotected sex, were not on regular CP, did not take emergency CP within 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse than you can be pregnant. Implantation often occurs about seven to ten days after you ovulate.

Light spotting may occur just shortly after the embryo implants in the uterine lining of the womb. Spotting will be very light. You are suggested to wait for a couple of days and then do a pregnancy test with the first morning mid stream urine. In fact, the first sign of implantation may be a positive pregnancy test. Get clinically examined by an OBGYN, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus.

Your gynecologist may ask you to get done USG (Uterus with fallopian tubes) to study the well being and gestational age of the fetus if pregnant and to rule out ectopic pregnancy. In case you are not pregnant, the other factors that may cause delayed periods like hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction, anemia, poor general health condition, PCOS, etc., will be treated accordingly. Avoid stress and tension. Stay well hydrated and avoid addiction if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
