You have strained relationships but medically, There is no test which can tell how many people a woman has slept in the past At the time of first sex, there is a misconception that hymen membrane is torn Some make a lot of hue and cry if there is no bleeding and pain at the time of first inter course but this also is no guarantee because hymen can be recreated so it is just not possible to prove by a woman that she had one or more sexual partners in past
