Can A Neck Trauma That Occurred In 1968 Cause Permanent Back Weakness?
Question: Can a trauma that occurred in 1968 (sandbag bunker collapsed) that buried me requiring extraction cause permanent neck/back weakness? Recent fell down stairs and the ER staff performed extensive imaging scans of neck/back revealing even more arthritis then expected.
Brief Answer:
it can not cause back or neck weakness
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. Any collapsed can cause injury to neck and back can cause paralysis. But if you want to know if that can cause spondylitis changes in neck and back then it is not possible,These changes takes years to appear and more likely due to wrong posture rather then sudden trauma.
If you can share with me your present complains and x rays then I can further help you.
thanks
