I am a 29 year old man. I am having pain at my spine for last 2 years. The exact position is the point where spine meets the line drawn with both chest (chest nipple) and it is slightly right side of the spine. I had done X-Ray and MRI of the portion but nothing ws found. So not sure what is causing this. It may be an instance of Ankylosing Spondylitis . But if other than that what may have caused this. Also how will I be sore that it is due to ankylosing spondylitis ? Please suggest
We can exclude ankylosing spondylitis, considering your normal MRI and X-ray study. In my opinion, this is just a poor posture. I recommend performing a lot of physical exercise to help reinforce your back muscles and correct your posture.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
