Can A Single Dose Of Levofloxacin Lead To Fetal Abnormalities?

Question: My wife discovered today that she is pregnant (1month). She took 1 dose of orndazole 750 mg 2 days back, and another single dose of levofloxacin 400 mg last night. Is there a risk of fetal abnormalities? Should we consider termination of pregnancy?
