Can A White Colored Lump Inside The Lip Be Cancerous?
Cancer is highly unlikely sir; related to procedure or nutritional deficien
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and attached image with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I do not think this is related to cancer, and think this is either:
+Directly related to the dental procedure which could be due to the medications used during the procedure causing irritation of your oral mucosa
or
+Nutritional deficiency: Can be completely unrelated to the dental procedure (e.g. vitamin B12 deficiency, etc.)
I would recommend the use of a vitamin B complex supplement (one pill a day), drinking plenty of water, and also reporting back to your dentist for a follow-up for the recommended date as mentioned by your dentist (usually 7-10 days after the procedure).
You did not mention anything about tobacco chewing; do you chew tobacco? Looking forward to hearing from you on this.
Avoid drinking hot fluids and hot food for a while, and stay well hydrated and this should go away. Cancer is highly unlikely sir. I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.
The condition is self-resolving
Detailed Answer:
Hi sir.
That is great to know.
This is a small issue sir, and is mostly self-limiting (which means it resolves on its own). The remedies are:
+Eat a B-complex supplement
+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid hot fluids and food
+Avoid tea and/or coffee
+Avoid spicy food
+Have more milk and other dairy products
Nothing else to really worry about, you should be fine in about 3-7 days time.
Best wishes.
