Yes, MR Angiogram (MRA)can detect most of the cases of aneurysm.MRA uses special sequences for depicting vascular anatomy of brain.It can reliably detect aneurysms as small as 2 mm.It is most commonly used investigation to screen aneurysm.

However,digital subtraction angiogram (DSA) is the gold standard investigation for aneurysm.
