Can An Endoscopic Surgery Help In Curing Nasal Blockage?

Question: Sir my nassal path is block from last 7-8 years, I use otrivin nassal drop regularly.
Now I want to go for operation.please suggest i should going for endoscopic surgery or conventional & refer some hospitals.

Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern; it suggests that type of surgery depends on your deviation.
I would like to advised you that---
If your septum is deviated only in the anterior portion then better to go with conventional technique.
If your septum is deviated only in the posterior part then better to go with endoscopic surgery.
Please avoid use of otrivin because long term usage of it can cause damage to nasal tissue that will lead to chronic congestion.
