Brief Answer:
It is unlikley for gall bladder infection to be responsible for UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,
Infected gall bladder would not usually lead to UTI.
But stasis of secretions can lead to the same.
What suggests gall bladder infection? This is quite a difficult infection to treat whereas UTI can be treated with a simple Urine culture test which would suggest what antibiotics to take. Take antibiotics as per the urine culture report for 14 days and your UTI should get treated soon.
What is the evidence of gall bladder infection? Do let me know so I can be better able to suggest possible treatment.
Take care and happy recovery.
