Can An Untreated Head Injury Cause Progressive Headache And Dizziness?
Question: can an old severe blow to the head if left untreated, cause progressive headaches and swelling of the left side of my bodywith painand swelling that makes me nausous and dizzy, the swelling is minimalin am and gets worse throughout my day

Late chances of headache is unlikely.
In case of old age post trauma subdural hematoma can be a cause of headache and require CT scan head to confirm.
Other cause of unilateral headache may be migraine associated with nausea or vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound.
Cluster headache is another type of unilateral headache occurring periodically.
Please give more details about head injury like mode of injury, bleed from nose, ear. How many days back.
Provide details about headache like duration of headache, character like Bursting, throbbing, piercing pulsating?
Associated features?
Sleeping abnormalities, stress?
Also swelling is not related to headache or trauma and need to be examined and evaluated by a physician.
