Can Anti-depressants Like Nexito,Carbamezapine And Clonazepam Cause Side Effects?

No, it has nothing to do with the medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic!
I do not think that your looking older and frailer has anything to do with the medicines you have been taking for so long. Aging has more to do with the kind of lives we lead, the stress we experience, and the food we eat. For example, a person who has led a highly stressful life along with an unhealthy lifestyle would look older than a person of similar age, who has not. One other factor which has a huge bearing on this issue is heredity. How we age has a lot to do with our genes. So, if our parents aged early, we too would be likely to do so.
Having said that, I also wish to point out that you should have a clear discussion with your doctor whether you need to continue with the medicines or not. Perhaps, your doctor may suggest a lowering of dose initially to see how things work out.
I hope this clears up things for you. Please feel free to ask in case you need any clarifications.
Best wishes.
