Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Considering the fact that there is extreme anxiety and nausea due to performance issues the first thing which comes as rescue is stress management. I understand that she want to excel in her performance but it need to be understood that it can not be done at cost of health. Infact poor stress management may lead to poor performance.

In my opinion you need to take her to counsellor in your city to understand the principles of stress management. That will be next best thing for her.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks again.

There are many

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

As I communicated earlier she need to visit counselor who offer psychotherapy and no medications. Even I am against the medications during the initial stage provided there are only mild to moderate symptoms.

Her counselor will discuss all the available options including the one which suits your daughter. The common examples include behavioral therapy such as systemic desensitization, flooding, exposure and response prevention among others.

I hope this assists you further.
If you have more questions I will be glad to assist you further.
