Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Beta Blockers are known to decrease the heart rate and blood pressure. Bradycardia and hypotension commonly seen with them. So in any individual before starting Beta Blockers baseline heart rate is checked.

Banadryl consists of diphenhydramine and it tend to increase heart rate. So there is no serious risk of decrease in heart rate with Banadryl. Melatonin is comparatively safe drug still it may decrease BP to some extent.

Over all Benadryl will not decrease your heart rate or pulse. You can take it.

Hope I solved your query, if you have more queries you can ask again.

Thanks
