Brief Answer:
follow as already advised

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Welcome Back to HCM..

I've gone through your query and would like to remind you that this was the same concern expressed by you a few days back only which was already addressed to you in details..

Most commonly recurrent mouth ulcer occurs due to faulty brushing technique and injury due to hard bristles.. to avoid it , it's always better to learn proper brushing technique(any Dentist will teach), as well as changing the the tooth-brush to soft bristles one..

Other causes are Vitamin deficiency(Vit B12 mainly), some trace element deficiency, iron deficiency and smoking and use of tobacco as well as poor oral hygiene, uneven dental surface, dental architectural problems mainly..

Bi-Folate tablet can be taken if other causes have already been ruled out,
so have you got yourself investigated for the same ?

Have you got any dental check-up done yet ?

If not , then I'd strongly advice you to go for the same in the first place otherwise only taking Tablet Bi-folate may not be sufficient for treating recurrent mouth ulcers..

Hope you've understood, let me know if any thing's not clear..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
you need to get investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX , Welcome back..

Thanks for following up ..

Vitafol tablets can be taken Once Daily for next 2 months, however before taking this, you must be investigated and examined to actually know if you're having Folate deficiency otherwise it won't work..I've already explained the same thing repeatedly for you in my previous replies and also asked for more information none of which you've answered so far..

At least let me know if you even understood the advises given to you before taking any medications, that way I can guide you better..

Take Care
Kind Regards
