Can Brain Tumors Cause Seizures?

Question: Hi, my name is XXXXXXX Two months ago after having 3-4 drinks in an hour or two ( which may be not important) I had what later an ER doctor called a "mini-seizure". I woke up that night with a twitching on the right side of my face below my mouth which wouldn't stop right away. The next day or two I had some difficulty talking correctly. After 3 or 4 days my kids talked me into going to the ER, where an MRI indicated I have something akin to tumor in my brain, no heart or related issues. I was prescribed Keppra, had a followup visit to a specialist (I guess) that said I could either deal with it or take the next step to get a biopsy, etc. Since then, two months later, I can now sense a sensation starting either behind my right eye or somewhere in my sinus area, that results in a "tingling" that typically goes from my right arm to sometimes my right leg. I stopped drinking. I can tell when it's coming, as i can get a "taste" in my sinus area as well. Everything goes away in a minute or so. Any ideas and /or what type of doctor should I follow up with? I'm 65, great shape other than this issue.
