Can eating only 3500 mgs of potassium a day and doing an hour of cardio and sweating (and living in the desert 100+ degrees) cause potassium to be 3.2?

It seems like I get a lot of pvcs when intense my stomach and chest from anxiety. (they can last for hours 3 a min) or when intense and check my pulse. Why is that?
