when i tested in pregnancy kit found positive and I have visited gynecologist and undergone ultrasound scan as per their suggestion but result is negative. they said like it is not developed yet so go for natural remedy for that I started eating Cinnamon. please suggest what else I can have for abortion

Hi before going to gynecologist do I need to go ultrasound scan again i had gone earlier and found negative ,because my period's for this month is not happened and when I tested for second time through pregnancy test kit found positive as first time and we have intimated 15 days back. please suggest
