Question: Is it OK to mix (taking bith at the same time) Black (cumin) seed oil and Maca roots?

Cumin has antimicrobial properties and Maca roots are used for various health reasons such as fatigue, fertility, memory problems and anemia.
Currently there is no available evidence about the interaction between maka and cumin.I would suggest to use them separately instead of mixing to avoid unknown effects if any.Suggest to take both medications in an interval of more than half an hour especially if you have been prescribed to taken in divided doses.
