Question : My daughter recently completed 2 years. We have never given her any dryfruit or nut. I myself am scared because I am allergic to all dryfruits and nuts. When can we start giving her dry fruits and nuts?

Brief Answer:
You can give now - but under medical supervision first

Detailed Answer:
Hi... with an immediate family member having nut allergy I suggest that you give her nuts now (as she has completed 2 years) but I suggest that you give it initially under medical supervision keeping all the essential drugs in hand under the care of a doctor. I am suggesting this because nut allergic can sometimes lead on to severe anaphylaxis.
