Question: will they still do a endoscopy if you have a cough and runny nose

Well i have had this cough and runny nose sence like the middle or end of dec and XXXXXXX i XXXXXXX on the z pack i think it is and amoxicillin and methylprednisolone it goes a way for a bit but comes back i just cant

Well, yes you can get it done if it is needed. The bronchitis you have has been going on for a while and it is not a contraindication for not doing endoscopy. So, if needed go ahead with it

Sorry for the delayed reply. Had a long duty
Well, everyone has a bit of hiatal hernia when seen on endoscopy. It is usually not much significant unless it slides up. As for the inflammation in the oesophagus, you will have to take Antacids like pantaprazole/omeprazole. If it gets better with it, well and good or else try liquids like mucaine gel along with it.
Avoid spicy food, citrus fruits, hot liquids like coffee tea and alcohol for a while till it gets better.
DO update me with biopsy report once available
