Brief Answer:
specific details of nerve necessary
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
I am not sure about which nerve you are talking. Please provide details about your symptoms so that I am better able to help you.
If specific muscles are weak, exercises can be tried. Along with it B-complex supplements that have vitamin B1, B6 and B12 could help in improvement of nerve conduction.
Do let me know more specific details.

Brief Answer:
Possible vit B12 deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
Tingling sensation in trigeminal nerve area could be due to
A. Early onset symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia.
B. Nutrition deficiency, particularly vit B12.
Trigeminal neuralgia is commonly seen over age of 50 years.
You need to start on vit B12 supplements. Demyelination of nerve in vit B12 deficiency will cause tingling symptoms. Start on supplements. If it reduces within two weeks, it is vit B12 deficiency. If not further possible trigeminal neuralgia requires evaluation.
Also get a complete hemogram and thyroid hormone profile done. Any anemia or hypothyroidism requires evaluation.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
Not possibly trigeminal neuralgia
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
Trigeminal neuralgia is due to nerve compression by vascular malformation or tumors or blood vessels.
If you have tingling sensation in the legs/ foot too, it cannot be a localized condition. It appears to be more generalized condition.
Vit B-complex supplements, particularly vit B12 is necessary. You need to continue it.
Will require more details:
Do you have any other symptoms however minimal in any location?
Have you got any tests like complete hemogram and thyroid hormone profile done?
Any muscle weakness or shocks?
Since how long are you on vit B12 therapy? Dose?
Do let me know.

I take vitamin b tablets everyday. Why has ths right side of my face been affected? I constantly have tightness feeling in the side of my nose and all of ny teeth constantly hurt. Also the right side of my face looks weak. Im so upset about this i want it to go away. This happened after a night of heavy alcohol. Why would one side of my face be affected? Thanks
Brief Answer:
possibly malnutrition
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
I am not sure why only one side of the face is affected.
People who take alcohol are prone to malnutrition. Try to improve your diet. Concentrate on protein and vitamin rich diet. Continue vit B-complex supplements. No toxicity. You start taking twice daily.
No injuries, as it is not progressing.
Also chewing gums or mastication exercises along with face massage will be helpful for the face.
Do get the tests advised earlier. For leg, do wear proper footwear. Avoid injuries.
Hope it helps.

Thank you. The areas which i feel like has drooped is where i feel the tingling. I tried micro current to make it lift up but the nerve wouldnt allow it too. Im so depressed i am even considering surgery. Also since that night the other side of face keeps having sinus pressure and the right side is nerve pressure. Im so confused as to why this is happening
Brief Answer:
Go slow. wait for another 2-3 months
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
Nerve stimulation, if it did not help, then muscle massage and mastication exercises should help.
Avoid plastic surgery, as it might correct the abnormalities, it might not give adequate expressiveness of face as before.
Try exercises and massage for at least 2-3 months along with nutritional supplements. If it is not helping, then you can go for plastic surgery.
As there are neural symptoms in leg too, going slow is advisable.
Hope it helps.
