Brief Answer:
Bruising suggests a bleeding disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Fibromyalgia is not likely to cause a bruising on the legs. The bruising can appear due to a bleeding disorder which can be diagnosed after a blood test. The cream - Topiricin cream can help in decreasing the pain for a short term. The efficacy of the cream will depend on the intensity of the pain.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Blood test needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Bruises are small but since they appeared spontaneously without any injury blood investigations are needed to rule out bleeding disorders.
Hope my answer is helpful.
