Can Getting Touched Around The Genitals Lead To HIV Contraction?

Question: Hello Doc
I am a homosexual, an hour ago; i had rubbed my body with a stranger (both were on cloths) with unknown HIV/STD status, I didnt touch his genital and once he touched mine for not more than 5 seconds; we both were on cloths only; but he just touched my pennis, by putting his hand inside. I am worried about it. Do I need to go for some test or anything of that kind

Brief Answer:
There is no risk of any STD
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Touching each others' genitals and skin to skin contact/rubbing are absolutely safe and there is no risk of transmission of any STD.
STDs are only transmitted through direct unprotected penetrative anal, vaginal or oral sex. There is no need to screen for any STDs.
Hope I have answered your query.
