Can Hepatitis-B Be Contracted Through Protected Oral Sex?

in january i had sex with a woman, we were kissing and had oral sex for around a 30 seconds to a minute . I then put my penis inside pushed a pulled twice took it out and then used a condom. I think I have had my vaccines for hep a and b since i travelled to XXXXXXX in 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014. however my blood tests showed hep a and c negative but b positive
Infection with Hep B after vaccination is possible
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand your concern. It is possible to be infected from Hep B after vaccination, especially if you haven't had all three doses of the series. It is a very effective vaccine in 90% of cases.
Sexual intercourse is not the only way of transmission though, so the sexual contact you mentioned may not necessarily be the culprit.
Blood transmission through contact with infected blood is also a very common way.
If you are sure you have received all three doses of the vaccine I recommend you get tested again as sometimes false positives happen.
I hope this helps.
I'd be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
Wishing you good health and all the best

in a folloq up question ;
I have had a blood test for hepititis. I have recieved my results ; Hep A negative Hep b Postive and Hep C negative. I am worried so I had a follow up test however, I have not been vaccinated; so I am abit worried as to why it is positive.
You had no protection against Hep B
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
From your previous question I got that you had already been vaccinated against Hep B, but it seemed this was not the case.
If you haven't had the Hep B vaccine series, then there's every chance to contact Hep B through sexual contact or other ways.
Hope this answers your query, feel free to ask further.
Wishing you all the best.

You do not seem to have Hep B
Detailed Answer:
Well, congratulations Sir. Based on the reports you attached, it is clear you tested negative for Hep B...
In future, please make sure you always use protection during intercourse.
Wishing you all the best.
