Kojic acid with arbutin and mulberry extract
Detailed Answer:
Dear young lady,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks for sending important details.
After reading your problem the most common possibility appears to be Melasma only. As you are a young female of age 32 years so is one of the commonest pigmentation problem after delivery.
Now for Melasma, it is a condition of hyper-pigmentation occurring mainly over cheeks and sometimes on forehead too in superficial or deeper pigmentation.
The exact cause is not known but It is considered to be a hormonal problem due to female hormones. These female hormones give a stimulus to the color giving cells of skin to produce more color and therefore pigmentation.
Now that you used Melalite cream for 4 weeks. This contains Hydroquinone as the main content which is bleaching agent. The deeper pigmentation does not respond to this, which is the reason of no improvement in the marks.
Use of Lobate GM is not at all recommended as is a type of topical STEROID- and is a double edged sword- giving benefit in beginning but later making dependency and innumerable side effects. So Kindly do not think of using the same.
If I were your treating dermatologist then for your marks I would have prescribed a cream (under dermatological supervision) containing Kojic acid with arbutin and mulberry extract in it or Azelaic acid cream. These are one of the best and safest creams to be applied. Apply any of these creams in a very thin layer at night time only so that these should not be visible to naked eye. Apply at night time before sleeping.
A sunscreen can be applied daily for two time in day time.
Eat a lot of fruits and green vegetables to act as natural sunscreen.
With best of wishes for healthy glowing skin,

Kojic acid & Azelaic acid cream alternatively
Detailed Answer:
Hello young lady,
Welcome back.
In my patients with your kind of problem I prefer to use kojic acid cream (such as Clearz ULTRA or Kojivit PLUS) on one night and Azelaic acid 10 % ( Aziderm 10%) on other night.
I suggest my patients to use in thinnest possible amount. A pea size amount is sufficient for palm size area.
My all best wishes for your good health and glowing skin,
With regards,
