Question: Im currently on azithromycin 250mg capsules for 3 days. Can i still drink alcohol?

There are no significant interactions between Azithromycin and Alcohol but Alcohol increase the severity of probable side effects of Azithromycin ( though Azithromycin is quite a safe drug )

Also taking both together will reduce the efficacy of Azithromycin.

Hence my recommendation to you is to avoid Alcohol while on Azithromycin.
