Can I Get Pregnant Post Unprotected Sex Despite Being On Contraceptives?

Question: Hi,
I've had a 10 day treatment for a vaginal infection with ciprofloxacin and metronidazole, but I've continued taking my oral contraceptive (Logest). I've finished the antibiotic treatment and my 21days of oral contraceptive+1 week break, what is the risk of getting pregnant after one time having unprotected intercourse? In the next day after this happened I've started the next foil of Logest, just as scheduled. I've been taking it for 2 years and I worked just fine.
Many thanks

Brief Answer:
The chances of Pregnancy are Negligible...
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I understand your health concerns.
There are negligible chances of pregnancy because you had unprotected intercourse at the end of your pill pack and that you have been taking your contraception since two years so chances of ovulation decreases manifold in this case.
Just relax and wait for your periods.
All the best.
