Brief Answer:
Avoid irritants

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back,
I will try to help you out in detail.

BASIC PRINCIPLE: Avoid anything which can irritate throat or make you cough or can cause acid reflux.

So this was most comprehensive general statement I could give you so that you can understand what you can take and what you cannot.

Now I will come to specific food items you asked about.

1-Nuts:

There are few nuts which are known to irritate throat like peanuts, pistachio(if salted) and some fried nuts, you might want to avoid that but nuts which aren’t salted you can have them and make sure you chew them well.

2-Grilled meats:
Yes indeed you can have them but keep them low in spice.

3-Fruit juices:

Any juice which isn't very sour and isn't super chilled you can have no issues in that, it must not cause acidity in your stomach else is alright. IN fact juices help in proving good vitamins.

4- Coffee:

Yes you can have but do not drink very hot coffee for another 8-10 days.

Ice-cream you can have in ample.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health!!
