Brief Answer:
Considerations
Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question. If someone is having symptoms of a true heart attack then general change in position does not generally lead to improvement of symptoms.
if someone is having discomfort which is relieved by changing position this may indicate a musculoskeletal problem.
also if someone has a condition called pericarditis this can be improved by leaning forward. Pericarditis is an inflammation of the soft sack which surrounds the heart.
thank you again for sending your question.
Sincerely,
Dr. Galamaga
