LO Loestrin FE pills are NOT MEANT to be used for emergency contraception, they are not much effective that way, as compared to standard pills available for this purpose.
I would ask you to get actual Plan B if possible.
If you have no way out, you can take 2 pills now and 2 pills of Lo loestrin after 12 hours, however, again, the warning that they are not as effective as conventional emergency contraceptive pills.
