Question : Can long term use of reglan cause elevated ALT/ASP/ and Alkaline Phosphate?
Brief Answer:
yes,but other causes should be investigated
Detailed Answer:
Reglan may affect liver enzymes but this is not common side effect and it rarely causes significant lft elevation. So if there is such finding, you should do some other tests such as liver ultrasound, viral markers and autoimmune testing. If everything is clear then reglan can be considered as a cause. Wish you good health.Regards
