Can Marijuana Be Detected In A Urine Drug Test?
Question: I am a marijuana smoker who has a urine drug test in 4 days. I was a heavy smoker (everyday), but I have abstained from marijuana for three weeks and in that time I performed rigorous cardio exercise. I also drank large amounts of water and detox solutions from GNC. Is it likely that I will fail the test and what should I do to minimize this risk?

Since you have already abstained from marijuana for 3 weeks and you have another 4 days before the drug test, that would make it a total of 25 days of abstinence before the test. Even for a heavy (daily) user, this means that there is a good chance of passing the urine drug test.
Unfortunately there is nothing much that you can do to alter the outcome of the test. The drug has to get metabolized by the liver and this will take it's own time. Drinking large amounts of water or detox solutions don't really help.

Will my chances of passing the test be more likely if I took a two week break, used marijuana for 2-3 days, and then started by 3 week abstinence? I'm not sure if my break before my abstinence will have any effect on the results.
