Can Natrum Muriaticum Be Taken For Hyperthyroidism?

Question: Hello, Attached is the brief history

Last 2 months 39 year old female diagnosed with hyperthyroid - T3 T4 were three times higher than the range and TSH = 0.005 that is low. Hyperthyroid condition accompanied with weight loss, flat cheeks, face and trouble in sleeping.

Once earlier in 2014 similar situation had arose and was administered Natrum Mur which worked perfectly and she was fine within 2 weeks though dose lasted 2 months.

The doctor who had offered that is not available. Now we need to buy Natrum but not sure of the dose and potency and from where to buy.

Please advise on following questions
1) Dose and potency of Natrum Mur for resolving hyperthyroid condition as above where T3 T4 are hight and TSH low.
2) Can it be taken with methimezole 10mg that is being taken currently since 5-6 days and there is some improvement but weight increase is yet to be seen and sleep is so so.
3) Given in wrong potency or dose is there any risk of symptoms aggravating?

1)Natrum 30 what? 30C, 30X 30M?? What is best place to buy it in Mumbai?

2) You wrote " Sko ftafrt with natprudm mur 30 4 pills three times in a day" What is SKO ftafrt?

3) Can Natrum increase hyperthyroid? Can hyperthyroid be cured by Natrum alone?

Someone had suggested thyrodinum 10m once a week but it aggravated the symptoms. So I am scared to take that.,

4) What is

And one more question on R51? What is that for purpose? Can it increase hyperthyroid.

I want to ensure that flat cheeks and weight loss become original. Will Natrum help in that?

Thank you. Would appreciate if you can explain a bit in detail that what is the purpose Natrum does to the system if it does not cure? One important problem that you may have missed in the details is the problem of flat cheeks ( used to be chubby cheeks). due to increased T4. Would Natrum or R51 manage to handle this problem and face returns to original cheeks.?
