For years now I have been feeling tired, no energy at all. My whole body is always sore, and muscles cramp and ache constantly. No sex drive, my periods are irregular, if at all to say the least. It seems I keep gaining weight for no reason. I eat right and try to exercise, but thats hard when you have no energy. All the symptoms seem to fit with hypothyroidism (my mom also has thyroid issues, goiter i believe.) I ve had a family doctor run the tests a few years ago and he said everything was fine. I really would like to try and resolve whatever is going on with me, but I can t keep paying co-pays for no answers and little help.
Of course your situation needs a detailed clinical examination and some blood tests to rule out pathologies such as hypothyroidism, low estrogen level, anemia etc.
What would be your suggestion, how can we help you if it is not possible to do some blood tests?
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
